grantLOVE Return and Exchange Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please email us at help@grantlove.com for further directions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis. Email at help@grantlove.com for more information.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
